Dinner in the Coffee Bar

Celebrate Valentine’s Day Saturday, February 14th in our first-floor dining space with an intimate, multi-course family-style dinner designed for sharing, savoring, and lingering a little longer. Begin with bright, coastal flavors like NC octopus, shrimp, and scallops ceviche with champagne mango and caviar, alongside a seasonal chicory salad with baby beets, winter citrus, and a creamy cranberry-coconut yogurt dressing.

For the main event, enjoy our Ménage à Trois — a decadent trio of sticky soy-braised beef short rib, grilled lamb chops with chanterelle cream sauce, and crispy confit quail with jammy lingonberries —served with melted leek mashed potatoes and grilled broccolini and asparagus with preserved lemon and Calabrian chile.

Finish on a sweet note with espresso crème brûlée and cocoa nib-chestnut cookie crisp, with an additional dessert surprise to be revealed.

Time together is time well spent. Pair your Valentine’s Dinner with the Valentine’s Room Package. We’ll provide a bottle of sparkling wine on ice with two flutes and four chocolate-dipped strawberries delivered to your room to start the evening off. Be sure to join us for Brunch in the Coffee Bar before you leave to cap off a wonderful Valentine’s Getaway.
