The Mezzanine Room
The Mezzanine embraces the original architectural design of the building including floor- to-ceiling windows and pre-function space overlooking the vibrant lobby. Multiple seating configurations, high-resolution LCD projection with a 9’x12’ drop down screen, built-in sound, meeting Owl Intelligent video conferencing capabilities, and a choice of natural light or black-out curtains make the Mezzanine Room ideal for your next meeting.

Meeting with a side of skyline. Our rooftop space combines one-of-a-kind views of downtown Durham and an outdoor experience that includes use of our saddle leather chairs and solid wood tables. The Roof is available during most daytime hours for meetings where projection is not needed due to the daylight. It is also equipped with an enclosure for inclement weather, fans for warmer days, and heaters during cooler days.
