We are firing up the grill this spring in partnership with local butchery artisans. Our first evening in the series will be Thursday, May 2 where we’ll partner with Moonbelly Meat Co. to grill their Durham-made sausages. The Roof will be open during normal hours, 5-10pm, so head up to the sixth floor for sweeping views of the city, craft cocktails, and local specials from the grill. No reservations needed.
