We are firing up the grill this spring in partnership with local butchery artisans. Join us on Thursday, June 6 where we’ll partner with Left Bank Butchery. This hyper-local butchery has always been an advocate for supporting small farmers and letting nothing go to waste. The Roof will be open during normal hours, 5-10pm, so head up to the sixth floor for sweeping views of the city, craft cocktails, and local specials from the grill. No reservations needed.
