Asparagus spears shooting up through the soil is one of the first glorious signs of spring in the Piedmont. We’re welcoming this new season with a special three-course dinner menu highlighting local asparagus from Lyon Farms, a North Carolina Century Farm in Creedmoor. Enjoy this prix fixe dinner in the Restaurant April 18-22 for $55 per person. This special menu will be available in addition to our regular dinner menu.

Second Course | Chilled Asparagus Soup with smoked trout & asparagus salad with preserved lemon creme fraiche
