To ensure an exceptional experience for all of our guests, the following policies apply when reserving the Penthouse Suite at The Durham Hotel:

  • Ten (10) person maximum occupancy in the suite at any given time
  • Music is not permitted on the terrace
  • Outside catering is not permitted
  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or on the terrace
  • All displays and/or decorations must be approved by the hotel prior to arrival (candles, rose petals, glitter, confetti, wax/oil warmers, portable heaters, tent, etc. are not permitted)
  • Registered guest(s) is responsible for any damages to the suite and the associated fees
