Molly Irani, cofounder of the James Beard Award-winning Chai Pani Restaurant Group, joins Sara Abernethy of Glasshouse Kitchen for a live-recorded conversation about her debut book, Service Ready: A Story of Love, Restaurants, and the Power of Hospitality. Over drinks and small bites in the Coffee Bar, the two will dig into what it looks like to build a restaurant culture rooted in genuine care — and why it works. Tickets include one beverage, small bites, and a contribution to the FAB Scholarship Fund, which supports women in the food and beverage industry. Books available on-site through Letters Bookshop.
