Join us in the Coffee Bar 6-8 PM on April 23 for an evening with Molly Irani, author, restaurateur, and cofounder of the James Beard Award-winning Chai Pani Restaurant Group. Over drinks and small bites in the Coffee Bar, Molly will chat with Wye Hill and Glasshouse Kitchen-founder Sara Abernethy for a live-recorded conversation about her debut book, Service Ready: A Story of Love, Restaurants, and the Power of Hospitality. The evening is open to the public, and a portion of every ticket goes directly to the FAB Scholarship Fund, which supports women in the food and beverage industry.

Molly tells the story of how she and her husband and business partner Meherwan Irani built a restaurant group recognized as one of the most outstanding in America, not just for the food, but for a workplace culture with industry-leading retention rates rooted in genuine care for the people doing the work.
