This holiday season, we’re celebrating with a series of festive performances throughout the hotel. Join us on the heated Roof for a holiday-themed performance from Durham-based singer/songwriter Ally J on Tuesday, December 2, 7:30-9pm. Savor seasonal cocktails and holiday-inspired treats as the music fills the air.
Ally J is inspired by classic jazz greats like Miles Davis and Dizzy Gillespie, as well as R&B powerhouses like Chaka Khan, The Isley Brothers, Al Green, Michael Jackson, Prince, and countless others. Her “old soul” lends textured vocals and sultry melodies that spin classics into jazzier renditions and her range spans from deep, expressive blues to sweet falsettos. Ally will be joined by a guitarist and will play for one hour.
