Celebrate the warm weather with something sweet and icy cold. We’ve partnered with local bakers and makers to bring sweet treats to the Roof on select Wednesday evenings this spring and summer.
Rose’s Sweets will pop up on the Roof on Wednesday, June 14, 6-8pm, with an assortment of their indescribably good ice cream sandwiches. You’ll find house-made cookie and ice cream sandwich combinations in flavors inspired by what is in season in central North Carolina, like White Miso Gingersnap on Gingersnaps, Cream Puff Creme Brulee on Chocolate Wafers, Strawberry Cream Cheese with Strawberry Jam and Meringue, and more.
Purchase your goodies and take them to-go, or grab a drink from the bar and enjoy them on the Roof with a side of downtown views. We’ll provide the napkins!
Unable to make it to the pop-up? The Coffee Bar and the Roof will be featuring a special ice cream sandwich that Rose’s has created just for us! All June, you can enjoy the Strawberry Sesame Brittle on Gingersnaps ice cream sandwich, made with fresh strawberries!
