Little Drummer Boy at The Durham Hotel is a pop-up dinner presented by Ideal’s from chefs Alfonso Ranno and Zaki Phelan on Sunday November 30 at 5:30pm.

This three-course dinner is a story of their identities as chefs and people; a forging of who they are and where they come from. Alfonso, originally from Austin, TX, has always loved cooking for the exchange of culture and identity. Zaki, originally from Fort Collins, CO, has always loved food for its ability to build connections. The two met while working at Crawford Hospitality’s Brodeto.

They are excited to bring you food that blends their respective Mexican and Afghan cultures, a so called “beat of their own drum.”
